Company Hülsermann Maschinenexport, Grevenbroich, takes the protection of your personal data seriously. The special attention to privacy in processing personal data is an important issue. 2. Elevation and storage of personal data and mode and reason of their use
a) On visiting the Website
On visiting our website www.metalifero.com your browser sends automatically information to the Server of our Website. These information will be stored temporarily in a so-called Log file. The following information will be stored until their automatic deletion:
- IP-address of contacting computer,
- Date and time of access,
- Website, from where the access comes (Referrer-URL),
- used Browser and name of Access-Provider.
The indicated datas will not be processed by us:
Every visitor will be recorded in a log file. With this log file the anonymised access statistic data will be generated. In order to act in conformity with data protection the IP-addresses of visitors will be pseudonymized (and shown only that way) on the German Telekom server on which is our website. There is no storage of personal datas.
On visiting the website there will be put a Session-Cookie only. Visitor of website must not agree to a session cookie. A Session-Cookie is concerning data protection law harmless and will be deleted on closing the browser.
The law basis for data processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our entitled interest follows from above mentioned reasons for data collection. Collected datas will not and cannot be used to draw conclusions to a person.
b) On sending inquiries or offers
After consenting according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO, we use your personal email address, to send you German factory outlet offers irregularly. For reception an e-mail address is sufficient.

4. Cookies
The German Telekom uses Session Cookies on our website. These are little files which your browser generates automatically and which are stored on your device (Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone etc.), when you visit our website. Cookies do no harm to your device, content no virus, Trojans or other malware.
In the cookie will be put information, generated in combination with the specific end device. All is anonymised and pseudonymized.

The IP-addresses indicated in the Log files will be pseudonymized for data protection.

The allocation is in the closed system unique. That means the visitor on visiting the website a second time with the same IP-address, he can be recognized in an analysis as recurring visitor. He gets in next visit the same pseudonymized IP-address like on his first visit.
Cookies are used in order to record the access to our website statistically: every visitor is recorded in a log file with which is created the anonymised access statistics.
For the indicated reasons the by the cookies processed datas are necessary for our and the interests of others according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

5. We do not use Analysis Tools as e.g. Google Analytics, Google Maps or others. There are no social media connected to our website. Analysis tools have no access to our website. We do not use contact forms or visitor books.
6. Rights of persons concerned
You have the right:
- according to Art. 15 DSGVO to ask for information about your personal datas processed by us. Especially you can demand information about the reasons of processing, the category of personal datas, the category of the receivers which were shown your datas or will be shown, the planned storage time, whether there is a right for correction, deletion, limitation of processing or contradiction, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your datas, if they were not collected from us, and about the existence of a automatized decision finding including profiling and demand relevant information to the details;
- according to Art. 16 DSGVO immediately demand the correction of false or the completion of your by us stored personal data;
- according to Art. 17 DSGVO to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, if the processing is not necessary for the execution of the right of freedom of expression and information, for the execution of a legal obligation, for reason of public interest or for assertion, execution or defence of legal claims.;
- according to Art. 18 DSGVO you can demand the limitation of processing your personal datas, insofar as the correctness of your datas is in dispute from your side, insofar the processing is against law, but you reject their deletion and we do not need the datas any longer, but you need them for assertion, execution or defence of legal claims or you according to Art. 21 DSGVO appealed against the processing;
- according to Art. 20 DSGVO to receive your personal datas which you provided to us in a structured, usual and machine-readable format or to ask for the transfer to another responsible;
- according to Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO to cancel your given consent at any time. That has the consequence that we are not allowed to continue the data processing based on that consent in future and
- according to Art. 77 DSGVO you can complain at a regulatory authority. Normally you can contact the regulatory authority of your location or of our companies location.
7. Right of objection
Insofar your personal datas are processed on basis of legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGV, you have the right, according to Art. 21 DSGVO to appeal against the processing of your personal datas, insofar there are reasons which come from your special situation or insofar your appeal is against direct advertising. In the latter case you have a general right of objection which will be executed by us without indication of a special situation.

We use within the website visit the widespread SSL-procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the in each case highest encryption, which is supported by your browser.
